How the figures are kept current

The Agenda for Change scale changes on 1 April each year and the pension contribution ranges are reviewed on the same date. The figures on this site are held in one data file with the source recorded against each one; no figure is typed into a sentence anywhere on the site, so an update changes the tables and the prose around them at the same time rather than leaving one behind. The scale currently shown is effective 1 April 2026 - 31 March 2027.
